Event branding for a faux literary conference focused on female authors. Pulling from the classical feel of the 18th century, design elements include calligraphic fonts, oil paintings, and botanical inspired embroidery patterns. The vintage design juxtaposes the purpose of the conference, proving that women can be ladylike and still write about gruesome, vulnerable, emotional topics. The underlying theme of the branding is breaking stereotypes without compromising yourself.
Originally a student assignment I revisited the project a year later, fine-tuning the original deliverables and adding mockups.
